JCNA and Cali Commons Present: Youth Summer Art Camp!
We are excited to announce the first Youth Summer Art Camp in the Joslyn Neighborhood, hosted by JCNA and Cali Commons! This unique summer program features talented Nebraska artists teaching engaging and creative classes throughout June and July.
Each artist will lead fun, hands-on sessions designed to inspire and encourage youth creativity. Participants will have the opportunity to choose the class they’d like to attend.
Free art classes will be offered to neighborhood children ages 8 to 13, every Monday in June and July from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Classes will take place at Cali Commons, a local nonprofit art center located in the heart of the Joslyn Castle neighborhood. The class enrollment is 12-15 per class. In the spirit of Sarah and George Joslyn, early patrons of the arts and education in our community, we are proud to offer these free creative opportunities to help fill the gap in accessible arts programming for children.
